  • Client-led issue discussions are often identified as the most relevant and valuable component of the coaching relationship.

    The coach serves as a soundboard and facilitator, providing a safe and confidential environment to identify and evaluate options and associated impacts of current challenges. Processing current issues with a coach, who has actually sat in the chair, expedites decision-making and action by the chief administrator.

    Thought-partnering agreements include live discussions and follow-up by phone and text, supporting you in real-time.
